Today I finished work at 2! :) Then I went to the gym and trained arms:
-barbell curl 3x8 25kg
-cable peacher curl 3x8 20kg
-lying cable curl 3x10 45kg
-reverse cable curl 3x10 20kg
-standing biceps cable curl 3x8 50kg
-cable one arm tricep extension 3x10 25kg
-reverse grip triceps pushdown 3x10 25kg
-triceps pushdown 3x10 55kg
-dumbbell one arm triceps extensions 3x10 12kg
after training I went to Birsta to buy Christmas presents! :)
