-Omega 3, EAA, Vitamins Minerals, BCAAs, Fatburner and koffeinleep:

snack:
-Chicken and rice
Omega-3


LUNCH:

-Chicken and rice omega 3, glutamine o BCAAs

snack:

-Chicken and rice, omega 3 Fatburner

BEFORE THE WORKOUT:

-protedrik o caffeine
AFTER:
-protein drink o creatine

DINNER:

Chicken Salad
-Omega-3


BEFORE SLEEP:

protein drink
