BREAKFAST:
-30g oatmeal with protein shake
-Omega 3, Vitamins Minerals, 1 Fatburner,tribulus,zma,krom,vitamin B,CLA.
-one hour thirty minutes' walk

snack:
-120g tuna and 40g rice
-coffe

LUNCH:

-5 egg whites and 40g rice

-CLA,1 FATBURNER

snack:

-protein shake and 40g rice

BEFORE THE WORKOUT:

-protedrik and 1 BCAAs,kre-alkalin

AFTER:
-protein drink and 2 BCAAs,GLUTAMIN
-30 minutes' walk
DINNER:

- 150G Chicken or fisk,50G broccoli 

-1 FATBURNER,OMEGA3,GLUTAMIN,CLA,ZMA,TRIBULUS

BEFORE SLEEP:

-protein drink eller 100g kesela
